World Juniors and Youth Olympic Qualifiers
Lucian Procopciuc competed at the World Juniors and Youth Olympic Qualifiers in Tunisia at the beginning of April. He won his first match in both competition but was unfortunately beaten in his second match. The competitions are a great learning opportunity and with his victories places him in the top 32 in the world.
Being selected is a great honour and it is onwards and upwards to the next competition. Lucian was representing Portugal at the competitions.

Mobility Class
We are launching a mobility class aimed and gym users who want to increase their range of motion. The classes are held by Sonia on
Thursday 6.30-730pm at the Centre.
We will be running it as a trial through May. The classes are open to all adult taekwondo, full gym and parents gym members. If you are not a member the class is £5 per session.
