Tot Kwon Do – Movement – Agility – Balance – Co ordination – Flexibility
Tot kwon do is our taekwondo program for pre-school children aged 3 and above. Classes focus on many components of fitness including
But equally important to a developing child is social interaction. Tot kwon do encourages co-operation and communications with other children through play based learning.
Children learn the basics of taekwondo including blocking, punching and kicking in a non competitive environment. Parents are more than welcome to participate in the class with their child. However if you encourage independence in your little one they are also able to take part in the class themselves.
Tot kwon do is an excellent opportunity for children to learn the fundamentals of taekwondo while socialising and interacting with other children. Our classes also help develop concentration, focus and confidence all while having fun.
Once your child has completed our Tot kwon do programme they can progress on to the primary school program.
