Thanks to all the guys that covered the classes whilst I was on holiday. The timetable will resume as normal with team training back again.

What an awesome day. The club was joined by @rawtkd for our sparring class. The participants got to speak to world silver medalist @rebeccamcgowantkd, who let the kids have a shot of her recent medal. Hopefully, Pixie gave it back.
