Congratulations to Jamie Small who was promoted to 1st Poom (junior black belt) and Ashlyn Deeney who was promoted to 1st Dan. Both did a tremendous job and working hard preparing for month’s in advance.
Thanks also to all the guys from Caledonian, Podium and Titan that came along to the seminar before the grading. The next Dan grading and seminar is on Sunday 16th December. Thanks also to Cherry, Yvonne and Prakash who came along to help their team mates prepare and help out on the day.
