Our friendly competition between Caledonian and Titan is this weekend. It starts at 2pm on Saturday 28th October at Caledonian Taekwondo Heath & Fitness Centre. There will be sparring, patterns, board breaking and a charity bake sale. You can take part in any or all of the divisions and entry is £15 per person. All players will receive a gold medal. The event is open to only taekwondo beginners – white belt to blue tags.
