Scottish Weightlifting Championships

The weightlifting championships will be held at the gym on Saturday 18th & Sunday 19th March.  The gym will be open to use or watch the lifters but the taekwondo area will be used for the competition.  The event is free to spectate.  Come along and support the lifters.
